Yes, their is a option for open. Admin or privileged user(member of that poll) has the option to reopen a poll. At the top of your dashboard, click the module access icon > Colloboration> Poll Click on Open to reopen the respective poll, which is unpublished under Closed. Members can view the result or status of an active poll by clicking on title of the poll we can see the results if and only if they have updated their opinion on the corresponding poll. The users can participate in the polls only when the ”Open for polling is checked”, if the “Open for polling” is not checked,then the poll status is closed.

For voting, log in as a student or employee. At the top of your dashboard, click the module access icon > Colloboration> Poll(Fig 1) Click on the respective poll. Select an option and click Vote   Then click on poll in the online poll. Fig 1 Fig 2 For more clarification, please watch this.
